The biggest joy Chad has found since working in real estate has been creating hundreds of new relationships and friendships.

Chad’s interest in real estate started at a young age. Both his Father and Grandfather are custom home builders and developers. Chad frequently worked on job sites as a youth, which propelled his education of homes, the build process, business, and hard work. In 2014, Chad started working as a licensed real estate agent at Apex Realty. He spent his first few years soaking up knowledge from his friend and mentor Brian DeSmit (Broker/Owner of Apex). Since then Chad has become a top-producing agent in the Grand Rapids area. The biggest joy he has found since working in real estate has been creating hundreds of new relationships and friendships. The primary focus of his business is being a great “connector” and putting his time and energy into growing meaningful relationships with his clients. Chad was a 2017 graduate of Grand Rapids Association of Realtor Leadership Academy (GRARLA) and has served multiple years with the GRAR Government Affairs Committee. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with family, traveling, attending sporting events, and coaching high school basketball.
